Introduction

Crude fat tester is the ideal equipment for fat determination in food, oil, feed and other industries. It is suitable for the measurement of grain, feed, oil and all kinds of fat products whose oil content is within the range of 0.5% to 60%. Crude fat tester according to the principle of Soxhlet extraction, weight determination method to determine the fat content. That is, dissolve the fat under the organic melt, use the extraction method to make the fat separate from the melt, then dry, weigh and calculate the fat content.

This instrument is mainly composed of three main parts: heating extraction, melt recovery and cooling. The heating temperature can be adjusted according to the boiling point of the reagent and the ambient temperature, and the specimen is repeatedly immersed and extracted in the extraction process, so as to achieve the purpose of rapid determination.
