Introduction

Fully automatic fiber tester is based on the current commonly used acid and alkali cooking method cooking samples, and weight measurement to get the sample of crude fiber content of the instrument. It can measure the content of crude fiber in all kinds of grain, feed, cereal, food and other agricultural by-products, and can measure 6 samples at the same time with automatic temperature control.

Features

The instrument uses accurate concentrations of acids and bases to decoct the sample under specific conditions, then removes the soluble material with ethanol, and after high-temperature cauterization and deduction of the amount of minerals, the content is called crude fiber. It is not an exact chemical entity, but only an approximate composition measured under recognized and mandatory conditions, in which cellulose is predominant, with small amounts of hemicellulose and lignin.
