KDN-19H2 nitrogen analyzer is a new product launched by integrating the company's 30 years of experience in the instrument industry. The product has been comprehensively upgraded in many aspects of performance, integrating new technologies such as the self-developed evaporation furnace 4-fold protection, automatic lifting of the receiving bottle bracket, and condensed water monitoring. After the parameter upgrade, the instrument is safer, more stable, and more reliable, and the work efficiency is 25% higher than the previous generation.  The new operating system is easy to use and powerful. With a 7-inch high-definition color touch screen, the experimental process can be controlled in real time, making the entire experimental process simple; 

Fully automatic receiving bottle bracket lifting, adding dilution water, adding boric acid, distillation, delayed alkali addition, flushing receiving tube, fault self-checking and other functions (alkali can be added during operation, which is more user-friendly); 

Added result calculation function (manual titration after the sample is completed, only need to enter the data into the calculation formula, and the result will be automatically calculated); 

 Added double protection program and over-temperature protection for evaporator water shortage to prevent dry burning due to water shortage and improve the safety factor of use; 

Added over-pressure relief protection for evaporator to prevent solenoid valve failure from causing excessive pressure in the evaporator and causing bottle explosion, thereby improving the safety factor of use;

The splash-proof tube is made of special high-performance acid-resistant, alkali-resistant and heat-resistant plastic, with good sealing performance and stronger alkali resistance than glass, which prolongs the service life;
