Introduction:

Jacketed glass reactor is double-layer glass design, the inner layer is put into the reaction medium to perform the stirring reaction, and the interlayer can be connected with different cold and heat sources (refrigerant, hot water or hot oil) for circulating heating or cooling reactions. Under the set constant temperature conditions, in a closed glass reactor, the reaction can be stirred under normal or negative pressure according to the requirements of use, and the reaction solution can be refluxed and distilled. It is a modern fine chemical plant, Ideal pilot plant and production equipment for the synthesis of new materials. Volume 1L-200L is available.

Features

1.The parts in contact with the material are all made of high borosilicate glass (expansion coefficient 3.3) and polytetrafluoroethylene, which have stable performance and are not prone to chemical reactions with the material, making it easy and safe to use.

2.Frame-type main body, made of aluminum alloy + stainless steel, is efficient, stable, beautiful and durable.

3.Glass + PTFE discharge valve, no liquid accumulation side discharge, recovery of solution is very fast.

4.Low-speed power-increasing motor, electronic stepless speed regulation, and fine-tuning by turning the knob. The dual-display speed control box can digitally display the rotation speed and material temperature in the kettle. It has stable performance, clear display of the control and data plane, and is simple and easy to operate.

5.The mixing system adopts double bearings and double skeleton oil seals, which are resistant to high temperatures, wear and tear, and have good sealing effects.

6.Using PT100 temperature sensor, made of 304 stainless steel, coated with transparent polytetrafluoroethylene tube, double anti-corrosion.

7.Vacuum pressure gauge displays real-time vacuum and pointer display.

8.Crescent-shaped stirring paddle, 304 stainless steel + PTFE stirring blade; the stirring rod is made of 304 stainless steel and covered with PTFE tube, which has high strength and strong corrosion resistance.

9.The bottom of the machine is equipped with universal wheels with brakes, which can be moved as a whole and are easy to operate.

10.Fuse safety protection ensures the safe operation of the circuit.
