The all-steel fume hood is an important part of the local exhaust system. Its efficiency has a very important impact on the technical and economic performance of the entire exhaust system. A well-designed local exhaust hood can achieve good control effects with a smaller air volume and ensure that the concentration of harmful substances in the working area meets the requirements of national health standards. Exhaust hoods are divided into closed exhaust hoods, semi-closed exhaust hoods and open exhaust hoods according to the degree of airtightness.

Features

Main body: 1.0~1.2mm thick steel plates can be used for the left and right side panels, front steel plate, back panel, top panel, and lower cabinet. The material is cut by a 2000W fully automatic CNC laser cutting machine imported from Germany. The bending is formed by a fully automatic CNC bending machine in one go. The surface is sprayed with epoxy resin powder and automatically sprayed with static water line and cured at high temperature.

Side panel column: single-body detachable, convenient for replacement and maintenance of electrical components, water valves, gas valves, etc.

 

Guide plate: 5mm thick solid core anti-bate board is used, which has good corrosion resistance and chemical resistance. The guide plate fixing parts are made of PP high-quality material.

Moving window: PP clips are wrapped on both sides of the glass, the handle is PP integrated, embedded with 5mm tempered glass, the door opening height is 760mm, free lifting, the sliding door up and down sliding device adopts a belt transmission structure, stepless and arbitrary stop, and the sliding door guide device is made of corrosion-resistant polyvinyl chloride material.

Structure: Stepless and arbitrary stop, the sliding door rail is made of corrosion-resistant polyvinyl chloride material.

Fixed window: The frame is 1.0mm thick first-grade high-quality galvanized steel plate cut by laser, CNC folding, epoxy resin powder electrostatic spraying and high-temperature curing, and 5mm thick tempered glass is embedded in the frame.

Countertop: 12.7mm thick solid core physical and chemical board is used, which is acid and alkali resistant, impact resistant, corrosion resistant, and formaldehyde meets E1 level standards.

Exhaust vent: PP gas hood is used, the outlet diameter is 250mm round hole, and the sleeve is connected to reduce gas turbulence.

Connection: All internal connection devices are hidden and corrosion-resistant, with no exposed screws.

Sink: Equipped with imported disposable PP small cup tank, acid and alkali resistant, corrosion resistant, installed on the countertop inside the fume hood
Faucet: The seven-character single-mouth faucet is made of brass and installed on the countertop inside the fume hood (water is optional, the default is a desktop single-mouth faucet, and other water can be changed according to needs).
Control panel: Adopts LCD touch screen panel (speed can be freely adjusted, supporting electric air valve 6 seconds fast opening) 8 buttons power, setting, confirmation, lighting, standby, fan, air valve +\-key.
Lighting socket: Opp brand LED white light quick start type, installed on the top of the fume hood, long service life. Configured with four 10A220V five-hole multi-function sockets. The power is 2200W and can be used for most instruments and equipment.
Line hinge: The internal lines of the fume hood all use Chint brand 2.5 square copper core wires. Adopt "DTC brand" 110-degree straight bend damping hinges, long service life, easy disassembly and assembly.
Maintenance port: The lower cabinet back panel is reserved with a movable maintenance window for easy troubleshooting. Valve reserved hole: The left and right side panels of the upper cabinet each reserve two 42mm diameter round holes for easy installation of cocks, water valves, gas valves and other facilities.
