MJ-IIA single-head gluten tester consists of three independent instruments, namely, single-head gluten washer, gluten index tester and dryer, which is mainly used for the determination of gluten content and gluten quality (gluten index) in flour, and is suitable for the determination of wheat flour and whole wheat flour. It is widely used in grain processing and measuring departments to determine gluten content, gluten index and gluten water holding capacity in flour and wheat flour.
